Our entire team is lead by Mr. Sunny Hyde.  He has served in the United States Military.  Sunny decided to alter direction and specialize solely in Commercial Real Estate valued-added plays.   

He loves sharing  his passion and experience in real estate.  Sunny is literally becoming a master at increasing Net Operating Incomes of underperforming commercial real properties.   He has a hands-on management style which serves him as he is increasing his base of acquisitions, renovations and aggressive lease-ups.  For more information, please contact our staff.
